Option 1. Biking in the Dnieper-Teterevsky Reserve

Cycling in early autumn will help you appreciate the beauty of nature, free your head from unnecessary thoughts and, of course, recharge your batteries with the energy of nature.

We recommend not to consider city parks, but to go on a mini-trip to the Dnieper-Teterevsky Reserve! The virgin nature and the presence of an asphalt road will help you to spend a fully active weekend.

Passing the route, do not be surprised if you meet a hare, a fox, a wild boar, or an elk. And if you feel like taking a break, you can enjoy the view of the wide Dnieper (Kyiv Reservoir) and have a picnic on the shore.

Thrill-seekers with especially good health can even swim in the mysterious lake, which is located in the forest thicket.

Option 2. Rock climbing in Denyshi

When you are in good shape and ready to go beyond the gym, the word “rock climbing” will not raise any doubts that this vacation is for you. Try a little extreme – and you will feel refreshed and ready for any exploits!

This sport will help burn calories, as all muscle groups are involved in the process of climbing. The only drawback of outdoor activities for beginners is the dorepatura in the body area (due to the constantly stretched arms and stretching of the spine).

Where to go for fresh emotions? 160 km from Kyiv and 20 km from Zhytomyr there is Denishi’s rock-climbing area along the Teterev River.
