After a series of holidays, it is especially difficult to take on a pile of accumulated cases. How to overcome the syndrome of post-holiday laziness?
We suggest following 5 simple tips that will make it easy to dispel “mental fatigue”, both after the holidays and in the endless bustle of everyday work.
Tip one: leave for the evening of pleasantness
Watching a light video, scrolling through the news feed on social networks, talking with friends “for life” – all this will greatly distract from work and tune in to memories and thoughts that are far from official duties. But the desire to quickly finish all the things in order to be distracted and look at the photo/video is well stimulating. It is ideal to meet with friends in the evening and discuss everything interesting without being distracted by work calls.
Tip two: change body position
Routine work at the monitor is fraught with body fatigue. Don’t sit all day long. Walk, unwind. Just a couple of steps to the window and turning the head will already disperse the blood through the veins a little and give vigor.
Tip three: do not overeat
The abundance of food requires a lot of energy to digest it. Accordingly, there is already little energy left for the body and mind. That is why we are so drawn to sleep after a hearty meal.
Also, keep in mind that constantly snacking on coffee and biscuits will not make you energetic either. Give preference to fruits and nuts.
Tip Four: Fresh Air
Open a window or take a walk during the day. Oxygen saturates the cells, which invigorates the body.
Tip five: learn
Daily study or learn something new for yourself. This will stimulate the brain to work constantly. Bookmark a site with life hacks on your computer or subscribe to an educational group on social networks. Every day, read a new Wikipedia article, choosing one at random. There are a lot of receptions, and most importantly, each provides inexhaustible pleasure from the fact that the day was not in vain.
