Any decent and enterprising director worries not only that his employees receive their salaries on time, but also that each of them feels comfortable and inspired while in the office.

 And since a person spends most of his time at work, the psychological side and the microclimate in the team are very important.

Therefore, before you give your consent to work in a particular company, carefully inspect your workplace, office, and those people with whom you have to sit next each day. After all, you see, money is not the main motivator for everyone, no one has yet canceled the human attitude and positive.

It also happens that the management instructs the employees to determine for themselves, for example, what color should be the wallpaper or furniture in the office. In order to make the right decision, remember a few simple rules.

The color scheme of the room in which you spend most of your working time should be selected taking into account where the cabinet windows go, what temperature it is, and so on. If it is cool in it, pick up wallpaper in warm colors, hot – on the contrary, cool (blue, green). Try not to make walls in bright yellow and dark purple colors: such shades suggest negative thoughts and cause anxiety.

Very important for the productive work of any employee is his workplace – a comfortable chair, a practical table, and the absence of an air conditioner overhead, which either heats ruthlessly or blows cold. Excessive body movements of the worker should be kept to a minimum. 

Large windows are welcome in the office. The more lighting in the room, the better. But this does not mean that sunlight should be the only source of illumination. It is necessary to take care of good general artificial lighting, as well as individual (table lamps). 

And most importantly – adequate human relations in the team, in particular, in the departments. If the manager does not set a goal to bring his subordinates closer together with the help of training, team building, and corporate parties, his entire business may not only not bring the desired results, but also freeze in development and generally close. Humanity, kindness, and understanding are the components of both the psychological health of the team and a successful business.
